TOWBIN, DOING BUSINESS AS DENVER SURGICAL SUPPLY COMPANY v. VAN SCHAACK AND COMPANY.

An action for damages against a realty company, allegedly resulting from failure of the latter to perform its duties in the care and management of plaintiff’s building, entrusted to it. The trial court entered judgment for defendant on its counterclaim.
