[1] Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge accepted the parties’ Conditional Admission of Misconduct and issued a public censure against respondent, Leo Wotan. Respondent engaged in the unauthorized practice of law by preparing legal documents while his license was under suspension in violation of C.R.C.P. 5.5. Respondent was ordered to pay reimbursements and costs of the disciplinary proceeding.
