The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and suspended Matthew Scott Humphrey (Attorney Registration No. 15057) from the practice of law for a period of six months, three months stayed upon the successful completion of a three-year period of probation, effective May 19, 2010. On five occasions, Respondent drank alcohol to excess and then operated an automobile, resulting in convictions in 1998, 1999, 2003, 2008, and 2009. He also failed to notify the People of three of these convictions within ten days. His misconduct constituted grounds for the imposition of discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.5 and violated Colo. RPC 8.4(b), C.R.C.P. 251.5(b), C.R.C.P. 251.20(b), and Colo. RPC 3.4(c).
