[1] Attorney Regulation. The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved the parties’ Conditional Admission of Misconduct and suspended Respondent, Curtis E. Harding, III, from the practice of law for a period of one year and one day. Respondent represented a client in a dissolution of marriage matter and received funds from the division of marital property. Respondent did not promptly provide the funds to the client in violation of Colo. RPC 1.15(a) and (b); rather, a portion of the funds were used to satisfy respondent’s tax obligation. Respondent was ordered to pay restitution to the client and pay the costs of the disciplinary proceeding.
