[1] The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved the parties’ Conditional Admission of Misconduct and disbarred Respondent, Arnold P. Guttenberg, attorney registration number 09003, from the practice of law. In the course of his representation of the personal representative of an estate, respondent violated Colo. RPC 8.4(c) by knowingly converting funds belonging to the estate. Respondent was ordered to pay costs of the proceeding.
