The Presiding Disciplinary Judge approved a Conditional Admission of Misconduct submitted by the parties and publicly censured Alfonso S. Cabral (Attorney Registration No. 18328) effective October 21, 2008. On December 18, 2007, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit publicly censured Respondent after he failed to zealously represent his client in an appeal and failed to respond to a show cause order issued by the court in the disciplinary proceeding. His misconduct violated Colo. RPC 1.1 and 1.3 and constituted grounds for the imposition of reciprocal discipline pursuant to C.R.C.P. 251.21(d).
