FINAL ORDER
The respondents sought review of an order of Administrative Law Judge Krumreich dated August 16, 2010. This matter is before us pursuant to the respondents’ Motion to Withdraw Appeal. The motion states that the respondents do not wish to pursue their appeal from the August 16, 2010 order, and desire to withdraw the petition to review.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the respondents’ Motion to Withdraw Petition to Review is granted, and the petition to review the order dated August 16, 2010, is dismissed with prejudice.
