The claimant filed a petition to review an order of ALJ Felter dated March 4, 2011. The matter was subsequently transmitted to us for review. On July 13, 2011 the claimant moved to withdraw his petition to review. We grant the motion.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the claimant’s petition to review the order of Administrative Law Judge Felter dated March 4, 2011 is dismissed with prejudice.
