FINAL ORDER
This matter is before us on the claimant’s petition to review the order of Administrative Law Judge Krumreich (ALJ) dated March 17, 2010. The claimant has requested that the petition to review be dismissed, stating that the matter has been settled and that there is no longer any need to proceed forward with the appeal process. We view this request as a motion to withdraw the petition to review. We grant the motion.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the claimant’s petition to review the ALJ’s order dated March 17, 2010, is dismissed with prejudice.
