FINAL ORDER
This case is before us pursuant to the claimant’s petition to review the order issued by Administrative Law Judge Jones on March 29, 2011. However, on July 27, 2011, we received written notice from the claimant’s counsel stating the “case has settled, full and final.” We therefore conclude there is no action for us to take.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the claimant’s petition to review the order of ALJ Jones mailed March 29, 2011 is dismissed with prejudice.
