W.C. No. 4-433-057Industrial Claim Appeals Office.
March 20, 2002
FINAL ORDER
The claimant seeks review of an order issued by Administrative Law Judge Felter (ALJ) which determined the claimant is entitled to medical impairment benefits in accordance with the ratings of independent medical examinations (IME). We affirm.
The IME physicians attributed part of the claimant’s current impairment to a pre- existing condition, and the ALJ determined the claimant had not overcome the IME opinions by clear and convincing evidence. See 8-42-107(8)(c), C.R.S. 2001. The claimant has not made any specific arguments in support of his petition to review the ALJ’s order, and we perceive no reversible error in the award.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the ALJ’s order dated November 20, 2000, is affirmed.
