W.C. No. 4-645-139.Industrial Claim Appeals Office.
July 23, 2009.

FINAL ORDER
The claimant sought review of an order of Administrative Law Judge Henk (ALJ) dated February 5, 2009. The February 5, 2009 order granted the respondents’ request for a credit against future benefits due, determined that the Evergreen Bozeman Health and Rehabilitation Center was not an appropriate placement for the claimant and denied the claimant’s requests for a home pool and that her house be renovated. This matter is before us pursuant to the claimant request to withdraw her Petition to Review. The claimant’s request merely states she desires to withdraw the petition to review.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the claimant’s request to withdraw her petition to review is granted, and the petition to review the ALJ’s order dated February 5, 2009, is dismissed with prejudice.
