ORDER DISMISSING PETITION TO REVIEW
This matter is before us pursuant to the respondents’ request to withdraw the petition to review. We grant the motion and dismiss the petition to review with prejudice.

The respondents filed a petition to review the order dated July 26, 2007 of Administrative Law Judge Stuber. The file was transmitted to us on October 30, 2007. By motion dated November 19, 2007, the respondents stated that the matter had been settled fully and finally and that the respondents wished to withdraw the petition to review. The motion is granted.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the respondents’ petition to review the order dated July 26, 2007, is dismissed with prejudice.
