FINAL ORDER

On January 24, 1997, the respondents filed a Petition to Review an order of Administrative Law Judge Rumler (ALJ) dated January 13, 1997. We dismiss the Petition to Review.

Subsequent to filing of the respondents’ Petition to Review the parties entered into a full and final settlement of the claim, which was approved by the Division of Workers’ Compensation on July 29 1997. As a consequence of the settlement, the respondents notified us in a letter dated September 5, 1997, that the issues raised in their Petition to Review are moot.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the respondents’ Petition to Review the ALJ’s order dated January 13, 1997, is dismissed with prejudice.
