FINAL ORDER
This matter is before us pursuant to the respondents’ Motion to Dismiss Appeal. The ALJ entered an order dated June 6, 2002. The respondents filed a timely petition to review.

On April 7, 2003, we received the respondents’ motion requesting dismissal of the appeal. The respondents state they have filed a final admission of liability for all benefits ordered by the ALJ and the appeal is no longer necessary. Under theses circumstances, the respondents’ motion shall be granted.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the respondents’ petition to review the ALJ’s order dated June 6, 2002, is dismissed with prejudice.

NOTICE
