The respondents filed a Petition to Review an order of Administrative Law Judge Coughlin dated May 27, 2005. The matter was subsequently transmitted to us for review. We dismiss the Petition for Review.

On October 26, 2005, the respondents moved to withdraw their Petition to Review.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the respondents’ Petition to Review the order of Administrative Law Judge Coughlin dated May 27, 2005 is dismissed with prejudice.
