IN THE MATTER OF THE CLAIM OF CAROL J. SENN, Claimant, v. KING SOOPERS, INC., Employer, and SELF-INSURED, Insurer, Respondent.

W.C. No. 4-220-587Industrial Claim Appeals Office.
June 5, 1996

CORRECTED ORDER

The respondent has filed a motion for the issuance of an order to correct a mistake in our order dated May 28, 1996. We grant the motion.

Due to mistake or inadvertence the word “not” is missing from the first sentence of paragraph 4 on page 4 of our order. Accordingly, the sentence is corrected to read:

“Assuming, arguendo, the truth of the claimant’s factual allegations, the allegations do not establish that the ALJ has a personal, financial or official stake in the outcome of the claimant’s case.”

As corrected our May 28 order is incorporated herein, and made a part of this order.
