FINAL ORDER
The respondents filed a Petition to Review an order of Administrative Law Judge Mattoon dated September 26, 2005. The matter was subsequently transmitted to us for review. We dismiss the Petition for Review.

On March 24, 2006, the respondents filed an uncontested motion to withdraw the Petition to Review. The motion is granted.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the respondents’ Petition to Review the order of Administrative Law Judge Mattoon dated September 26, 2005, and issued September 27, 2005, is dismissed with prejudice.
