FINAL ORDER
This case is before us pursuant to the respondent’s petition to review the order of Administrative Law Judge Henk (ALJ) issued January 16, 2002. The respondent has now notified us that the dispute has been resolved on a full and final basis, and a settlement was approved by the Director of the Division of Worker’s Compensation on May 8, 2002. Accordingly, appeal of the order is no longer necessary, and the respondent moves to withdraw the petition to review. The motion is granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the respondent’s petition to review the ALJ’s order issued January 16, 2002, is dismissed with prejudice.

NOTICE
