FINAL ORDER
The respondent filed a Petition to Review an order of Administrative Law Judge Harr (ALJ) dated November 6, 2000, which awarded permanent partial disability benefits based on medical impairment of 15 percent of the whole person. The matter was subsequently transmitted to us for review. We dismiss the appeal.
On March 9, 2001, the respondent moved to withdraw the Petition to Review on grounds it filed a Final Admission of Liability for permanent medical impairment benefits and the claimant’s medical impairment rating was the only issue on review.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the respondent’s Petition to Review the ALJ’s order dated November 6, 2000, is dismissed with prejudice.

NOTICE
