FINAL ORDER
The respondents filed a petition to review an order of Administrative Law Judge Jones (ALJ), dated December 6, 2001, which determined the claimant was not at maximum medical improvement. The matter was transmitted for review and received in this office on April 29, 2002.
On May 2, 2002, counsel for the respondents filed a Notice of Settlement of Claim and Withdrawal of Petition to Review. This notice states the claim has been settled and the respondents wish to withdraw the petition to review. The respondents’s notice shall be treated as a motion to dismiss the petition to review.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the respondents’ request to withdraw the petition to review the ALJ’s order dated December 6, 2001, is granted, and the petition to review is dismissed with prejudice.

NOTICE
This Order is final unless an action to modify or vacate this Order is commenced in the Colorado Court of Appeals, 2 East 14th Avenue, Denver, CO 80203, by filing a petition for review with the Court, within twenty (20) days after the date this Order is mailed, pursuant to §8-43-301(10) and § 8-43-307, C.R.S. 2001.
