FINAL ORDER
The claimant filed a Petition to Review an order of Administrative Law Judge Henk (ALJ), dated June 3, 2003. The matter was subsequently transmitted to us for review. We dismiss the Petition for Review.

On November 6, 2003, we received a letter from claimant’s counsel which stated the “parties have reached a settlement agreement,” and therefore, the “claimant wishes to withdraw his appeal at this time.”

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the claimant’s Petition to Review the ALJ’s order dated June 3, 2003, is dismissed with prejudice.

NOTICE
