W.C. No. 4-418-410Industrial Claim Appeals Office.
January 14, 2003
FINAL ORDER
This matter is before us to consider the claimant’s Motion to Withdraw Petition to review. The motion shall be granted.
On July 25, 2002, Administrative Law Judge Harr (ALJ) entered an order, and the claimant filed a timely petition to review. The claimant did not file a brief in support of the petition, and the matter was transmitted to us for review on December 23, 2002. On January 10, 2003, we received the claimant’s motion, which states that after review of the transcript the claimant wishes to withdraw the petition to review.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the claimant’s motion to withdraw the petition to review is granted, and the claimant’s appeal of the ALJ’s order dated July 25, 2002, is dismissed with prejudice.
