FINAL ORDER

The claimant filed a Petition for Review of an order of Administrative Law Judge Wheelock (ALJ) which denied and dismissed her claim for workers’ compensation benefits. The matter was subsequently transmitted to us for review of the ALJ’s order dated January 30, 1997.

Pursuant to the Rules of Procedure Part VII(F), 7 Colo. Code Reg. 1101-3 at 20, the claimant’s counsel notified us by letter dated March 16, 1998, that the claimant now seeks to withdraw her Petition for Review.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the claimant’s Petition for Review of the ALJ’s order dated January 30, 1997, is dismissed with prejudice.

NOTICE
