FINAL ORDER
On July 18, 1996, the respondents, Escalante Lumber
Supply, Inc. and its insurer, the Colorado Compensation Insurance Authority (CCIA) filed a Petition for Review of an order issued by Administrative Law Judge Martinez (ALJ) dated July 2, 1996. The matter was subsequently transmitted to us for review of the ALJ’s order.
Pursuant to the Rules of Procedure, Part VII (F), 7 Code Colo. Reg. 1101-3 at 20 (1992), the CCIA notified us on January 21, 1997, that the respondents are withdrawing their Petition for Review.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the respondents’ Petition for Review of the ALJ’s order dated July 2, 1996 is dismissed with prejudice.

NOTICE
