ORDER
This matter is before us pursuant to the opinion of the Court of Appeals dated May 28, 1998. The court issued its mandate on August 18, 1998.
The court set aside our order which denied the claimant medical impairment benefits, and directed us to reinstate the order of the Administrative Law Judge awarding such benefits.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the order of the Administrative Law Judge dated December 20, 1996, which awarded medical impairment benefits, is reinstated.
