W.C. No. 4-368-095Industrial Claim Appeals Office.
September 24, 2001
ORDER OF REMAND
The claimant seeks review of an order of Administrative Law Judge Stuber (ALJ) which denied the claimant’s petition to reopen. We remand the matter for completion of the record.
The claimant argues, inter alia, that the evidence does not support the ALJ’s order. At the hearing, the respondents submitted into evidence the deposition of Dr. Steinmetz. However, the copy of the deposition contained in the record is incomplete because all odd-numbered pages are missing. Consequently, the matter must be remanded for completion of the record by inclusion of the entire deposition of Dr. Steinmetz.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the matter is remanded to the ALJ for completion of the record by inclusion of the entire deposition of Dr. Steinmetz. Once the record is complete, the matter may be retransmitted for our consideration of the claimant’s petition to review.
