FINAL ORDER
This matter is before us pursuant to separate correspondence from the claimant and from the respondents stating that the matter is settled and seeking to withdraw all appeals.

Administrative Law Judge Jones entered an order dated May 13, 2005 awarding permanent total disability benefits to the claimant. The parties’ correspondence recites that both parties sought review of the order. The parties have now moved to withdraw the appeals.

The motions are granted and the petitions to review are dismissed with prejudice.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the motions to withdraw the appeals are granted and the petitions to review the order dated May 13, 2005 are dismissed with prejudice.
