W.C. No. 4-456-768Industrial Claim Appeals Office.
May 8, 2001
FINAL ORDER
On February 5, 2001, the respondent filed a Petition to Review an order of Administrative Law Judge Jones (ALJ) dated January 16, 2001, and mailed on January 18, 2001. The matter was subsequently transmitted to us for review of the ALJ’s order.
On May 7, 2001, we received a letter from the respondent’s attorney of record, which states that the claim has been “settled and dismissed.” Attached to the letter is an order dated March 30, 2001, which approved the parties March 13, 2001 stipulation for settlement. We construe the respondent’s letter as a motion to dismiss the respondent’s Petition to Review.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the respondent’s Petition to Review the ALJ’s order dated January 16, 2001, is dismissed with prejudice.
