ORDER OF REMAND
This case is before us pursuant to the remand of the Court of Appeals. In an opinion issued December 16, 1999, the Court set aside our previous order in part, and remanded the matter for further proceedings concerning the amount of any penalty to be imposed on Scibal for violation of the ALJ’s November 13, 1996 order. The Court also set aside the portion of the order concerning the amount of penalties to be imposed on Reliance, and remanded for further proceedings on that issue. The Court’s mandate issued on May 30, 2000.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the case is remanded to the Division of Administrative Hearings for further proceedings as indicated in the Court’s opinion.
