W.C. No. 4-452-439.Industrial Claim Appeals Office.
February 8, 2006.
ORDER OF REMAND
The claimant seeks review of an order dated June 29, 2005 of Administrative Law Judge Friend (ALJ Friend) and the respondents seek review of an order dated September 11, 2003 of Administrative Law Judge Muramoto (ALJ Muramoto). We remand the matter for completion of the record.
The record transmitted on review does not contain the transcript of the hearing held on September 11, 2003 before Administrative Law Judge Muramoto. The respondents in their Designation of Record noted that a transcript of the hearing was previously requested and lodged with the Division of Administrative Hearings (currently Office of Administrative Courts) and designated the entire record including the transcript of the September 11, 2003 hearing. Under these circumstances, the record must be remanded for completion of the record. Section 8-43-301(9), C.R.S. 2005.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the matter is remanded to the Office of Administrative Courts (OAC)for completion of the record in accordance with this order. Once the record is complete, the OAC shall retransmit the matter for our review.
