FINAL ORDER
On October 7, 2002, the claimant filed a Petition to Review an order of Administrative Law Judge Stuber (ALJ) dated September 12, 2002. The matter was subsequently transmitted to us for review.
On January 22, 2003 we issued a letter acknowledging receipt of the record. In response to our acknowledgment letter, we received a letter from the claimant’s attorney dated January 24, 2003, which stated “that the appeal regarding” the above captioned matter “has been withdrawn.”
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the claimant’s Petition to Review the ALJ’s order dated September 12, 2002, is dismissed with prejudice.

NOTICE
