FINAL ORDER

This matter is before us pursuant to the respondents’ “Withdrawal of Petition to Review.” We dismiss the Petition to Review with prejudice.

On December 7, 1996, Administrative Law Judge Gandy (ALJ), entered an order establishing the claimant’s average weekly wage. The respondents filed a timely petition to review the order, and the matter was transmitted to us on May 23, 1997.

On June 9, 1997, the respondents filed their “Withdrawal of Petition to Review” stating that they no longer desire to proceed with the appeal. Therefore, the matter must be dismissed with prejudice.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the respondents’ Petition to Review the ALJ’s order dated December 7, 1996, is dismissed with prejudice.
