W.C. No. 4-268-469.Industrial Claim Appeals Office.
November 30, 1999.
ORDER OF REMAND.
On January 21, 1999, we upheld an order of Administrative Law Judge Friend (ALJ) dated March 12, 1998, which required the respondents to pay temporary disability and medical benefits. The respondents timely appealed.
The parties subsequently moved for an order remanding the matter to the Division of Workers’ Compensation for the purpose of approving the parties’ full and final settlement of the claim. On November 24, 1999, the court granted a thirty day remand, with directions that the matter be remanded to the Division of Workers’ Compensation for consideration of the parties’ settlement. The court also directed the parties to file a final order approving the settlement no later than December 27, 1999.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the matter is remanded to the Division of Workers’ Compensation for consideration of the parties’ written “Stipulation for Full and Final Settlement and Release of All Claims,” consistent with the court’s order.
