ORDER OF REMAND
Respondents Best Western Landmark Hotel and Lumbermens Mutual Casualty Co. seek review of an order of Administrative Law Judge Corchado (ALJ) holding them liable for two injuries and awarding temporary total disability benefits. We remand the matter for completion of the record.
It is apparent from the transcript of hearing that the ALJ accepted as evidence various documents submitted by the parties. (Tr. pp. 13, 18, 19). The ALJ’s order specifically refers to a medical report of Dr. Yamamoto dated October 23, 1998. Our review indicates that none of the documents submitted into evidence is contained in the record. Under the circumstances, the matter must be remanded for completion of the record by inclusion of all documents which were accepted into evidence by the ALJ.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the matter is remanded to the ALJ for completion of the record. Once the record is complete, the matter may be retransmitted for our review.
