FINAL ORDER
The claimant sought review of an order an order of Administrative Law Judge Cannici (ALJ) dated June 24, 2009 that denied and dismissed the claimant’s request for Workers’ Compensation benefits. The claimant filed a petition to review.
This matter is before us pursuant to the claimant’s request to withdraw his Petition to Review. The claimant states that he does not wish to pursue his appeal from the June 24, 2009 order and desires to withdraw the petition to review.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the claimant’s request to withdraw his Petition to Review is granted, and the petition to review the ALJ’s order dated June 24, 2009, is dismissed with prejudice.
