FINAL ORDER
The claimant filed a Petition to Review an order of Administrative Law Judge Jones (ALJ) dated March 16, 2005. The matter was subsequently transmitted to us for review. We dismiss the Petition to Review.

We received a letter from the claimant’s attorney stating that the claimant “has withdrawn her Petition to Review and does not wish to pursue this matter.”

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the claimant’s Petition to Review the ALJ’s order dated March 16, 2005 is dismissed with prejudice.
