FINAL ORDER
This matter is before us pursuant to the claimant’s Unopposed Motion to Withdraw Petition for Review. The motion shall be granted.
The claimant petitioned to review an order of Administrative Law Judge Harr (ALJ) dated December 20, 2004. The order concerned the claimant’s average weekly wage and temporary disability benefits.
On April 7, 2005, we received the claimant’s motion to withdraw the appeal. The motion states the parties have reached a full and final settlement, and the appeal must be withdrawn before approval of the settlement. The motion also states the respondents do not oppose the motion. Consequently, the motion shall be granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the claimant’s motion to withdraw the petition to review the ALJ’s order dated December 30, 2004, is granted, and the petition to review is dismissed with prejudice.
