FINAL ORDER
On May 22, 1996, the employer filed a Petition to Review an order of Administrative Law Judge Martinez (ALJ), dated May 3, 1996. The matter has been transmitted to us for review of that order.
On September 11, 1996, the employer’s counsel of record notified us by letter that the employer “withdrew its petition to review on July 1, 1996.”
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED pursuant to § 8-43-301(9), C.R.S. (1996 Cum. Supp.), that the employer’s petition to review the ALJ’s order dated May 3, 1996, is dismissed with prejudice.

NOTICE
