W.C. No. 3-970-332Industrial Claim Appeals Office.
April 23, 2002
CORRECTED ORDER
The respondents have moved for an order to correct alleged errors in our order dated April 4, 2002. We grant the motion in part.
The second sentence of paragraph 3 on page 5 of our order states:
“Unlike the issue of temporary disability benefits, the respondents’ 1994 General Admission did admit liability for additional permanent partial disability benefits.” (Emphasis added).
Due to inadvertance, our April 4 order omitted the word “not” from the above sentence. Therefore, pursuant to § 8-43-302(1)(b), C.R.S. 2001, we correct the second sentence in paragraph 3 of page 5 to read, “Unlike the issue of temporary disability benefits, the respondents’ 1994 General Admission did not admit liability for additional permanent partial disability benefits.”
As so corrected, our April 4, 2002 order is incorporated herein, and made a part of this order.
