FINAL ORDER
On October 12, 2000, Administrative Law Judge Coughlin (ALJ) entered an order in this matter. The respondents filed a petition to review, and the matter was transmitted to us on May 8, 2001.
On May 21, 2001, we received a Motion to Withdraw Appeal filed by the respondents’ counsel. The motion states the parties have entered into a full and final settlement, and the claimant has no objection to the respondents’ request. Therefore, the motion shall be granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the respondents’ petition to review the ALJ’s order dated October 12, 2000, is dismissed with prejudice.

NOTICE
