ORDER
This matter is before us pursuant to the opinion of the Court of Appeals dated January 2, 2003. The court issued its mandate on February 20, 2003.
The court remanded the matter with directions to “reinstate the original order obligating TIG to pay the temporary disability and medical benefits payable to claimant as a result of the 1999 automobile accident.”
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the matter is remanded to the Division of Administrative Hearings to implement the order of the Court of Appeals.
