CORRECTED ORDER
This corrected order is issued pursuant to §8-43-302(1)(b), C.R.S. (1995 Cum. Supp.), to correct a mistake in our order dated July 26, 1996. Due to mistake, the first sentence on page 3 of our order reads “The claimant further contends . . . .” As corrected the first sentence should read, “The respondents further contend . . . ”
As so corrected, our July 26 order is incorporated herein, and made a part of this order.
