FINAL ORDER
This matter is before us to review an order of Administrative Law Judge Jones (ALJ) dated October 13, 2000. The claimant timely petitioned to review the order which denied a claim for temporary disability benefits.
On April 30, 2001, we are received a letter from a paralegal written on behalf of claimant’s counsel. The letter states the claimant “does not wish to appeal” the ALJ’s decision. We interpret this letter as a motion to withdraw the appeal. The request shall be granted.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the claimant’s petition to review the ALJ’s order dated October 13, 2000, is dismissed with prejudice.

NOTICE
