In a document received by the Panel on October 20, 2011, the claimant moved to dismiss her petition to review, indicating that the parties had settled the claim and that the respondents had no objection to the motion.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the claimant’s petition to review the order of Administrative Law Judge Cannici dated May 6, 2011, is dismissed with prejudice.
