FINAL ORDER
The respondent filed a Petition to Review an order of Administrative Law Judge Cannici (ALJ) dated April 9, 2008. The matter was subsequently transmitted to us for review of the ALJ’s order. The respondent filed an unopposed motion to withdraw its Petition to Review informing us that the parties had reached a full and final settlement of all issues.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the respondent’s Petition to Review the ALJ’s order dated April 9, 2008, is dismissed with prejudice.
