ORDER OF REMAND
This case is before us pursuant to the remand of the Colorado Court of Appeals. The Court of Appeals set aside our order affirming the Administrative Law Judge’s denial of the claimant’s request for an increase in his average weekly wage to include room and board. The mandate of the Court of Appeals issued on May 5, 2009.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Administrative Law Judge’s order is set aside and the matter is remanded for additional findings to determine a reasonable value of the claimant’s room and board for inclusion in his average weekly wage as directed by the Colorado Court of Appeals.
