FINAL ORDER
On January 3, 2000, the claimant filed a Petition to Review an order of Administrative Law Judge Friend (ALJ) dated December 13, 1999. The matter was subsequently transmitted to us for review of the ALJ’s order.

On August 23, 2000, claimant’s counsel notified us that the claimant seeks to “withdraw his appeal.”

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the claimant’s Petition to Review the ALJ’s order dated December 13, 1999, is dismissed with prejudice.

NOTICE
