FINAL ORDER
This matter is before us pursuant to a letter from claimant’s counsel dated April 14, 1998. This letter advises that the “matter has been resolved by a full and final settlement,” and notifies us that it “will no longer be necessary” to review the record and render a decision.
Under these circumstances, the claimant’s petition to review the Administrative Law Judge’s (ALJ) order of September 13, 1997, should be dismissed with prejudice.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the claimant’s petition to review the ALJ’s order dated September 3, 1997, is dismissed with prejudice.
