FINAL ORDER
In an Order dated December 29, 2003, we extended the time for entry of our order concerning the respondents’ two petitions to review. The time for entry of our order was extended to and including March 1, 2004, based on a pending settlement.
On February 13, 2004, we received by facsimile a copy of a full and final settlement agreement which was approved by the Director of the Division of Workers’ Compensation on January 28, 2004. Thus, it appears the respondents’ petitions to review are now moot.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the respondents’ petitions to review the orders of ALJ Klein dated August 4, 2003, and ALJ Friend dated October 10, 2003, are dismissed with prejudice.

NOTICE
